I moved the grip / drift slider to 90% drift then changed both the Steering Sensitivity and the Downforce 2 notches to the right to give the car better cornering and enough control to maintain drifts. I kept the car stock parts wise, however, I did change the handling setup to make the car a lot easier to control in the drift.
